How to Pay

Prices displayed on Crashstreet are quoted in US Dollars. Crashstreet accepts the following payment options: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

* For orders over $2,000, we can only accept money order or bank transfers. Please contact us first if you wish to place an order exceeding this amount. *

We use a high grade 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure a safe and secure checkout. Communications between your browser and Crashstreet are private and secure.

While we try to ensure that all prices on Crashstreet are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Risk of loss or damage to products you order on Crashstreet passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.

Product Availability

Products listed on Crashstreet are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sales promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, Crashstreet offers promotional offers. Offers are only valid during the time of purchase and are not valid on past purchases. We are unable to honor price adjustments on previously placed orders.

Order Status

Logged in users can check the status of an order by visiting the order history page of your account. Unregistered users can check an order status by using the order status page. An order confirmation email will be sent after an order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to appear in the courier's system.

Shipping and Handling

Please note: Please have a confirmed shipping address in Paypal. We can only ship to a confirmed shipping address. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Orders will typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship from the date of checkout. All domestic USPS Priority Mail shipments will ship with signature confirmation and all domestic USPS Express Priority shipments will include a tracking number.

The shipping and handling fee is a flat rate based on the destination of the shipment. The shipping chart below shows the rates for all available shipping methods. A shipping rate estimator is available on the shopping cart page.

** For certain light-weight items, such as stickers or small items under 1lb, we will use USPS International First Class Mail. To check if your order qualifies, use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart page to view the rate.

We have a 30lb shipping limit on all orders. For orders with a combined total of over 30lbs, please contact us first.

Returns and Exchanges

All Products sold on Crashstreet are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

If you received a wrong or defective product, we will offer an exchange for the correct or same item if available. If we are unable to offer a replacement product, a refund or store credit will be issued. Please contact us first for approval and return instructions. We will not accept returns without prior notice and approval.

Returned products must be in its original condition. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and contains all original packaging with tags still attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Crashstreet reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the policy requirements.

Return period for approved products: 10 days from the date on the original invoice for domestic orders, 15 days from the date on the invoice for international orders. Returns will typically take 7-14 business days to process. You will be notified via email when the return transaction has been processed. We recommend you use a return shipping service with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders can only be cancelled before the items have shipped. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and shipped.
